Let me share an 'unpaid' and honest review. This is certainly rank top among the worst hotel I have ever stayed. I visited the hotel a couple of weeks ago with 4 of my family members. We booked 2 rooms: one premium room with the Kachenjungha view and the other deluxe one with no view. We reached post 2 pm and still had to wait for 40 minutes for the room to be ready. The waiter at the reception has been a robotic person without any remorse on his face even after causing such trouble in getting even the rooms ready. The premium room was good. On the other side, the Deluxe room which they sold to me in around 5000 rupees was no less than a Dungeon. It was a basement room with no natural light ever entering. I was completely shady and damp and also smelling like rotten cloth. The intercom was out of order. I raised it with service staffs. They couldn't fix it either. In the bathroom, all containers of shower Gel and Shampoo were empty. I complained on the Whatsapp number that they have pasted in many places in the building for reaching out to the management before I realized it to be all sham. I tried to spend most of the day and evening in Darjiling streets and cafes as it was horrible back in the room. There was a hotel manager roaming around in the well ironed Blazer but nothing helped the service of this godforsaken hotel. It took 45 minutes for them to bring a cutlery to the other premium room we booked. I feel for the fake reviews of this miserable property and paid the price. Hence, just thought of spending some time to help others who are planning to visit Darjiling.

Writing on behalf of my parents : Amitava Banerjee My parents loved their stay. The manager (Mr Saha) helped them out with their needs and was welcoming. They stayed for 2 nights in the premium view room, and was satisfied with their stay! Staff were well behaved and equipped! Food quality and taste could be improved a little to suit the taste of people coming from all states!

Prime location, clean and well maintained rooms and great service. Would definitely consider booking again for next visit. View from the room and terrace are beautiful. I could see Kanchenjungha while on the bed. Special mention, good collection of books in the lobby.

The hotel is really a perfect place to stay and relish the beauty of Kanchenjunga. The location is really fantastic. From every room there is a clear view of Kanchenjunga. Also boarders can sit on the terrace to have view of the mountains. The scenery is so picturesque and the ambience is so pleasurable. A soothing music plays on the background. The moment is so beautiful. Rooms are very clean and tidy, spacious. Room heater is also there. Bathrooms are really commendable. They are maintained so well. Service is also very good and cordial. Restaurant is on the last floor. Foods are good. Facility of free wifi is also available. The hotel is located near Mall. And there are many beautiful view points near it although the rooms itself are that.

Not worth the price. The location is decent as it's near the mall road. But the rooms and the service were below par. We especially had a problem with the bath towels, we were two people and they just gave two bath towels - no hand towels or anything else. After calling the reception multiple times and warning them, did they send more towels. The breakfast buffet was decent and the staff in the restaurant was friendly and helpful. The reception and room staff is really bad. Would not recommend spending so much money on this hotel.

1. One of the best Hotels I've ever stayed. Simply beautiful. 2. Their service, their behaviour, hospitality...is ultra-professional. 3. Resort is really well maintained. Everything looks cean and shining. 4. Food is just awesome. 5. Great location, near Mayfair and Governer House and main market is 10 minutes walk.

I was looking for a hotel in a suitable location near the mall, not an overcrowded place and a good view of the mountain from the room. the hotel satisfied all my needs. it's within 100 m from Rajbhavan, 400 m from the mall, having excellent view of mt. Kanchanjangha from the room. The staff are polite and helpful. They have a limited menu in the menu card. but if you order advance they can cook any common dishes. The food tasted homely. I tried the buffet breakfast only one day. it was more or less satisfactory. The only issue I experienced during my stay is the availability of the hot water from. it was discrete and was not available all the time. The behaviour of the staff was good. the terrace lawn was excellent.

If u like calm ,serene place then u are at the right location however car doesn't reach directly to the hotel however u may call the property for assistance..staffs are curteous ..Food is decent Overall recommended !!
