Summer Plaza Resort - Resort hotel in Panchgani - Satara, India

Stayed for 2 nights .. Rooms were clean and staff here is very friendly... Food is tasty with good variety and they make your choice of food also if requested!! Overall experience is very good!!

Very nice ambiance and view from backside is unforgettable.service is good, staff very polite and helpful. Rooms are nice but bathrooms very small.otherwise good. We enjoyed there. Watched movie one day. And kids' play area needs to be improved bgg yu adding more sports or art activities related items. Thank you summer plaza management for giving us good soothing environment for our holidays.

Horrible experience, people in the hotel lost almost 30k worth of money, mirrors are two way, service is horrendous and the food is also not great. The locks in the ground floor are also fake which caused even bigger issues. The hotel is absolutely not recommended.

Let me start with the property. Stayed there with family friends for 3N. Location is near by Panchgani Taxi Stand. It is a small property. Rooms category we selected had very small rooms. And the washrooms of 2 adjacent rooms were audible to each other. It's a big drawback. The property doesn't have any great views to offer. It has a Jain temple, gym, fully covered swimming pool of decent size, Theater, Discotheque. Staff is very courteous. They gave us early check-in and also gave a room to freshen up before departure. Jain and pure veg food is their USP. It is not a lavish spread but a good decent spread. But the taste is awesome.

One of the worst hotels Ive ever stayed in . People of the ground floor were robbed as the locks were fake. Some random person was knocking on the windows at night. The windows could be opened easily and there was no net or any such protection to prevent you from falling outside the window. There were many such problems faced by us. Overall it was pathetic and i do not recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Mahabaleshwar.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The hospitality is superb. Definitely worth the money. The food that they serve is absolute best. Loved the stay here. Would recommend anyone who's reading this to go for this resort. You won't regret it.

This place is my worst nightmare Even if I was homeless I would never come back here . The doors and mirrors are two way . The tiles are hollow and there are cameras everywhere. If I had a chance I will sue The owners of this place ,I gladly would. Many of my friends were robbed and there were weird knocks on the windows. This place is a definite no go if u wanna be safe .
