Beautiful rooms and services are good. The room is big enough, it's best for a family or couples Breakfast is complimentary as per the package you opt for. The chef is friendly and the preparation was good. He prepares the way you instruct him and it tastes good. Have a good view from the room balcony. A small kids play area is there next to the restaurant. They have their own restaurant and they do serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. They do have a small parking area.
The room was neat and clean, quite silent. The staff was good. but a bit late service I can say but overall I can easily rate 5 out 5 because of the good place with this budget. As a couple you can ask for a honeymoon suite. they will make it in a quiet impressive way.
We really had a beautiful experience in summer house resort. Froms rooms, food, service and their balcony has got a beautiful view.. The rooms were really spacious and the antique look of that cart was wow .. The people in the resort were always ready to serve us when ever we need them. Our trip was always about exploring tasty food .In this trip my kid was not eating properly and here comes the CHEF "ARUN KUMAR " Who made super break fast where my kid loved and asked for some more food. That made us to choose our dinner at the same place again. They have small kids play area outside restaurant. It helps kids to relax. Our family had a great stay at summer house resort Highly recommend!!
Rooms are very nice and we had a complementary breakfast and all foods are tasty. Faced slight challenge to park the cars and we are not having enough car parking slots. I think there is work is in progress to increase the car parkings. May be once open the new parking facilities we won't face any difficulties.
Rooms are big and spacious. Breakfast is good. Only problem is there is no reception service, security after 10 pm. There was Cockroach identified in the room, I called owner, he mentioned it will take 2 hours for him to reach. Tried security room, it was empty and no one in the resort except guests.
If you want to spoil your vacation you can stay at Summer house resort. Wait for food for hours and the food that is served also has very little quantity. Usually check in time is 12 pm everywhere but here it is 2 pm and the worst thing is even reaching at resort earlier they made us wait for more than 1.5 hours..gave us the room after 2:45 pm If you complain to them the manager shows attitude. He is mannerless person with no etiquette's how to talk to guests or even apologise for the delays he caused I seriously wonder if they have so much problem with guest why are they in the hospitality business.. I also read bad reviews for this resort but I thought of giving them chance as with every review they replied and asked for apologise, I thought they must have changed..but everything is in vain.. For checkout time they made us wait for 2 hours and also.. They added extra 500 rs in restaurant bill..Most people don't bother to check the bill details and these kind of people are taking advantage of peoples attitude On cross checking bill they had no explanation..wasted our time in all this stupid stuff.. After 9 pm till 9 am no one at the reception to attend you or respond to any of your needs No security at gate.. Very poorly maintained building the floor of our room had come off, dampness all around. Later their GM from Chennai called in and apologised but how is that helpful to us as they completely ruined our holiday and so much time. Guys people are paying for their stay at least try to be worth the money Overall very very very poor experience

Hotel is ok can't say it's great buy surely value for money. They need to put in more man power to improve their service support. The food is average but south Indian dishes are expensive north Indian dishes are average priced. Rooms are spacious parking is bit of crunchy but manageable. Overall it's ok. Cant complaint
