Location was easy to find. Parking is also available. If guests have any problem, their staff always listen and helps the guests. Excellent experience.
The room is dirty, used cigarettes are in the bathroom, plastic waste on the floor, insects are all over the place, for 1000 Rupies really disgusting

It is good and nice hotel .you can easy to stay here freely and main important thing .it is located in very prime location very near to busstand .. it also provide rooms for marriages and other party functions. You can easily come with your girlfriend family and friends.. rooms are clean and service is bit more good .. it can provide you rooms in very lost cost .so take enjoy
First they suggested me to not book through Goibibo and come personally since Goibibo charges commission and I would get a the room at a cheaper rate if I book it myself at the reception.
But when I reached there, they told me they are giving me AC room so I would have to pay more although on Goibibo their rooms are listed as Non-AC. In the middle of night, I was defrauded by them and was left with no other choice but to look for other places to stay. Extremely poor service.
Rooms are very dirty, no room service was available but being a hotel in hill town they have one advantage that they have parking space. Though the rate for room in off season was cheap. We got a room for 4 persons around 1k inr.
I have a question. Is it good if i take my girlfriend with me in hotel. We are 18 now and we don't want any issue. If its good can i you tell the price for 2 or 3 hours
A decent and clean hotel, particularly for those on a budget. The behaviour of the owners and staff is quite good and they're responsive and cooperative.

A nahan is a small old city surrounding nature. Hotel City Heart is very cost effective and has nice big rooms. I must say the staff are too cooperative. I reached midnight but they didn't show any tantrums. Thank you and I really appreciated.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the staff was amazingly helpful. Very economically priced and delicious homely meals. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Nahan.
