I recently admitted my wife at Sumitra Hospital, Sec-35, Noida, UP for delivery. Dr. Deepa and Dr. Akansha our attending doctors, were phenomenal. They were fully dedicated to their work and went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met. They took the time to listen to our concerns and provided us with clear explanations & guidance throughout the entire process. The care extended to our newborn was exceptional as well, thanks to the expertise of Dr. Umesh and Dr. Arpit Gupta. Their knowledge and attentiveness made us feel confident that our baby was in safe hands. The administrative staff at Sumitra Hospital Ms. Bindu, Mr. Peter & other supporting staff Savitha dheedhi & the entire nursing team were extremely helpful and responsive throughout the clock. They took care of all our requirements promptly and with great care. Every small detail was taken into consideration, ensuring that our stay at the hospital was comfortable and stress-free. Overall, our experience at Sumitra Hospital has been good. The dedication and professionalism shown by Dr. Deepa, Dr. Akansha, Dr. Umesh, Dr. Arpit Gupta, and the entire hospital fraternity made us feel valued and cared for.

All Doctors and Medical staffs are Helpful and Kind enough in Sumitra Hospital. Specially Duty Doctors and Nursing staff in Triage department, really understand the urgency, line of treatment for the patients. Billing & Support staff is good, Special Thanks to "Ms. Bindu" Floor Manager for outstanding support in patient care. Overall experience Nice and Good with Sumitra Hospital. After 10 years of marriage we conceived under guidance and treatment with Dr akanksha and are blessed with twin boys. Our babies were born preterm at 8 months and taken care of under Dr arpit and wonderful nicu team. Thank you for the amazing care sumitra hospital team. Kudos for being the best in Noida since 20 years.

My newborn didn't survive because of their misguidance. My wife delivered a baby in Sumitra Hospital.We were following their given routine and medicines/tests since the beginning After delivery,they said My baby is suffering from Pneumonia and respiratory distress and was kept on ventilator. On day 3,Dr Arpit Gupta asked to take my baby to (Specifically)Rainbow Hospital for further treatment as she is serious. He said it is our tie-up Hospital. When asked about Rainbow Hospital charges,he said their charges comes between 15k to 20k per day. Treatment will continue atleast 10 days. As a father/mother ,we decided to take our baby to that hospital.Sumitra Hospital called the ambulance and we took our baby to Rainbow Hospital on ventilator support. Ones we reached there,they were unaware about this case.Also they said that their per day charge will come around 50k to 55k.After many calls with Sumitra Hospital saying We can't afford 50k per day charge and you misguided us saying the charge will be 15k to 20k, We didn't get any support. We were helpless as our baby was on ventilator and we had no Hospital to treat her. It was late evening,we then took our baby to Sharda University were we came to know that our baby has infection in her stomach. We kept our baby there for 2 days.When the condition was not stable due to infection,we then approached and admitted our baby in Chacha Nehru Hospital. They treated our baby with the best they can do but on 8th day,due to infection and multiple organ failure,my baby lost her life. When on day 3,you found that you can't treat our baby,you could have either asked us to search better Hospital (we could have taken our baby in Chacha Nehru or child Hospital sector 30).You insisted for Rainbow Hospital and also misguided with their charges. If you had given us the clear picture then we could have taken our baby to Child Hospital on day 3 only. My baby could have survived if she had received proper treatment for infection on time. Our baby was full term (9 months +) and 3.15 kg baby.We followed all the precautions and medicines/tests suggested by Sumitra Hospital since last 6 months. We were mistaken that they can handle newborn. To keep themself correct in such situation,Doctor uses Whatsapp call so that no one can record their call. We lost our baby because we trusted Sumitra Hospital blindly.

Was admitted here under akanksha ma'am with health issues and everything was great. Thanks to Mr Peter and Savita and all the nursing staff for their help. Five stars are too less for the homely environment and personalized service.

All the staff of Sumitra Hospital is very helpful specially Bindu Mam. She helped a lot over whole admission period. Till discharge. I will highly recommend my family and friends to take services from Sumitra Hospital.
