Sumithra Hospital - Hospital in Hyderabad - Medchal Malkajgiri, India

Positive:- Dr Ashok is a good doctor and a good human being. Even the nurses were caring in this hospital.(only reason to give those 2 star) Negative : reception and other related facilities are really disappointing. They lack professionalism. Night shift staff were sleeping at night carelessly which is really unprofessional. The hospital charged me extra 18000 or something and dint 't give me an invoice for that . And the discharge process Is full of hassle in this hospital. Disgusting!!!

Worst Hospital... I strongly recommend public not to prefer this hospital for any kind of surgeries or treatments. They don't even provide any bills or proofs for the payments that we have made. Even they will not provide any diagnosis reports also for us for having a reference purpose.

I will suggest to do not visit again. Dump staff, charging extra money

Nursing incharge is very kind and helpful, gives proper guidance to patients and is very obedient towards her duty

1st of all if we are eligible for arogyasri, the operation should be free, but what sumitra hospital do you know, they will take money for bed, blood, x-rays,operation, and tell us to lie to arogyasri agents that everything is free for us. They don't give bills, receptionists are WROST they shout for anything like dogs, no manners!!!!!!! Im not expecting any free service but, whatever the money we pay we should get bills. They are doing illegal business!

Doctors doesn't have ethics.They don't even interact with the attendants regarding the surgery that is being done and they don't even explain the patient about it.This is the major thing that a doctor should know. And the worst scenario for the patient's attendants is that you can't even find a place to have a seat and neither the staff respect you. Finally,if you want to get treated well,need concern on the patient and value your money..the best thing is to find another hospital and consult a good doctor.

PROPER EQUIPMENT SPECIALISED DOCTERS GOOD OT AND ICU FACILITIES ALL TYPES OF CASES ARE TREATED ALL SPECIALISED BLOOD TEST ARE DOING.@#$ %^&* *&^$#!@$$%$%^^

I strongly recommend you do not prefer to go this hospital,, they took money and dint give bills, for taking bills I went five times for the hospital, management and staff are worst , they don't know how to treat patients. This was the worst experience which I faced in this hospital.
