Basic facilities were missing, TV was not working, food not allow in room, you can take only tea in rooms. Some power sockets were dead. Furniture were very basic. The behavior of staff was good and polite. Price were high. Hotel is located near to market.
Decent rooms with great view of Himalayas from balcony but the service needs to be upgraded.
The host is very welcoming with good rooms. The view of the snow mountains of the Kumaon Ranges is amazing and one may see a very clear golden glow of the sunset and sunrise from the hotel.

Big room with Himalayan view
The staff is just great. Hotel is located in best place for the Himalayan View. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Variety of rooms available. Must visit for bikers as it offers secure parking with ample space. Food was as per need and homely. Rates are also good considering the area.
Manager Himanshu is very polite & helpful. Staff Pankaj is very prompt, cheerful & enthusiastic in nature, always ready to serve you at a single call, happy go lucky type of person especially for hot water supply & breakfast serving in morning.
Roshan, Restaurant chef & other helpers are also nice & co-operative.
Location & environment of hotel is superb, Good view of TRISHUL Peak & entire local Himalayan range, sunrise can be seen easily from room, restaurant & terrace as well.
Food Quality & Quantity is also Good as compare to rates in hilly areas.
Nearby other hotel guests also usually visit to the restaurant for dinner.
Opp to hotel is adventure park, having various adventure Activities like zipline, wall/rock climbing, rappling, Net climbing, ballon & boating in a artificial pond & play area for kids. Our kids enjoyed a lot overthere.

Overall nice experience & highly recommondable to stay for at least 2 Nights.
Great view of the Himalayas on a clear day. Walking distance from center of town. Family owned business- courteous staff. We visited during the monsoon (off season), so some of the items were off menu but good home cooked food. Staff tried their best to fulfill the requirements. Room service could have been better.

There is no option to give zero Stars otherwise I would have give that....the entire hotel is in horrible condition...To add to this the staffs are very unfriendly and work in very unprofessional manner....If u want to have delicious aloo Paratha without aloo do visit them....hell of an experience....worst ever!!!
