Something is wrong with this place. Our dog has been suffering badly every time we leave him with them. We always found a lot of bugs on our dog when we got him back, they say it's from outside - there are plenty of stray dogs in the premises, but it's their responsibility to keep our dogs protected. Our dog also tends to be very sad and lean when we get him back, we are not really sure if they are giving him the food that was promised initially. Just because these little ones cannot talk, I think something bad is going on there because our dog looks very shabby and lean whenever we get him back from this place. Also, very bad dog grooming, we ask these people to groom our dog before taking him back so not sure if they are actually washing him tbh. All in all, we think what's promised is not delivered. And because of that our pets are suffering. Initially the service is good, but once they know that we trust them, then they start doing this is what we feel.

Very bad experience for pet boarding and also they are not taking proper care for my dog...if u want good care for ur pets please may take to good kennels...this is a genuine response ....

We bought a 45days old labardor puppy from Mr. Smaran. There where 9 puppies at that time, all the puppies were malnutritious and were weak. Out of this we selected one puppy and when we bring it to our house the puppy was having diarrhea. I called Mr. Smaran and he told that puppy was not feed properly and advised us to give the puppy a syrup. From night onwards puppy was continuously having motion with blood. The next day we took the puppy to the hospital and the doc said maybe puppy was infected with parvovirus. We asked the doc to check whether puppy is having parvovirus and doc checked it with a kit and puppy tested positive. We tried to call Mr. Smaran, he never attended our call. From my experience I would never suggest anyone to take puppies from him. They are selling unhealthy puppies without giving proper treatment.

Really VERY VERY BAD experience for PET BOARDING. I booked and paid for 3 days slot for 2 of my dogs during December. The owner offered me pickup and drop off with some additional rates. On the day of pickup, one person came in an Auto, without any tools or leash. And the person told he can't take 2 dogs. He will only take 1 dog. TOTALY DISTROYED ALL MY PLANS FOR THE TRIP. Any how, I decided to send 1 dog with him. The person who came was very rash and demanded money for auto. That too very high price, even though I paid the double in advance for 2 dogs. After 3 days, the dog was returned in another auto by the same person. Again he demanded huge money, saying some lame excuses. Again I paid for the auto. Called to owner and asked to return my balance money as he has taken only 1 dog. He told he needed 4 days charge. Don't know why. And he dint return any money. Also my dog had some ALLERGIES after the 3 day stay at the place. If u love ur dog, then consider some good place with good customer service.

We leave our dog here whenever we go on a long trip. We have had a good experience so far, except for one time when the caretaker at that time was not very cordial. But please ensure that you call the owner Mr. Smaran himself and talk to him atleast two three times when you are away to ensure your pet is okay.

Very bad experience from the owner The first day, a trainer came to our home and he asked for 10000 rupees on the first day itself. He told us that's how they do it and only if we pay they come the next day. And the trainer was choking our dog as a way of training. Our dog clearly didn't like this trainer and started feeling uneasy. Hence we decided to discontinue the training. We told him to take two days of money and return the rest. After informing this, the owner is like he gave the money to someone else and he can't give it back. What kind of excuse is this? He doesn't have any ethics! He took away our money and now he doesn't attend our calls. Unethical business and fooling people. This is daylight robbery

I have kept my dog in this hostel for the past 5-6 times when we were on vacation... Away from home.. The last time we had a bitter experience with them... We asked for a drop facility.. They charged 700Rs for bringing our dog to home which is 15 km away... That was a shock to us!! Moreover our dog got heavily infested with bugs after the last stay at this hostel... Which is still a challenge for us
