Some rooms contain bed bugs. And as always the staffs are rude. I think they doesn't know hospitality, which is the cradle of hotel management.

I have stayed in this hotel on 2/3 occasions. I preferred it as the stay was 1/2 days mostly and near paltan bazar but last stsy was for a week and this time I faced many issues. Some issues were 1. I found some bed bugs. I thought they were decent and clean hotel but this changed my mind. 2. Staff is very rude. Payment was done before check out as I was paying everyday during afternoon. During check out they will say payment is not done and if you say call the person whom you paid the money. They will say why are you bullshiting and like that. So beware of this behavior. 3. The washroom had small insects roaming and i gave the keys to clean it up but still found the insects. 4. They are inconsistent in room rates.
Plz don't go there. This lodge is not for humans. This is exclusively for bed-buggs(khatmal). Every single room, every single bed has thousands of bugs. U can't sleep as they continuously suck your blood and make u swollen. Bugs enter in your clothes, shoes, skeletal hairs, facial hairs and travel along with you to your homes.
The place is really suitable for social gathering and professional events. It has specious room with all necessary things available. The room service is also good and has all basic amenities available at a call.
