Extremely rude behaviour by the owner. I went to pick up some medicines and he kept yelling about how I hadn't cleared the previous bill as my phone pe transaction wasn't complete. I tried to have a polite conversation asking him for more details regarding the incomplete payment assuming it to be a technical glitch so I could pay. However he couldn't give me any details and continued to shout like an obnoxious creature. I finally showed me the complete transaction pulling out the details of 2 months. He shut his mouth and walked away. He didn't even have the basic sense to apologise. One of the worst customer treatment I have received till date.
Rude behaviour.. Worst staff especially the old man... Please Don't visit this store.. And donot purchase also.. He feels like he is giving it for free.. Very worst store I have ever visited in my life.. All of my surroundings says donot shop here..
Pathetic owner. They throw attitude to customers just because they do have almost every medicine one might need in emergency. Also the guy there scammed me when I asked for a bill. They take money from people including GST all the time and do not give bills. When I asked for bill, he charged 220 extra from me. Never visiting this shop again.

This is one of the big pharmacy at Yelahanka new town surrounding.but the owner and his staffs are really having a hell lot of attitude. Everytime I visit here to bring my mother medicine. There is tab in the name of tapenax ER 50. THEY THINK THAT WITHOUT THEM NO ONE WILL GIVE ME THIS MEDICINE AS IT IS RARELY AVAILABLE. So that everytime I visit for that particular tab they harras me by asking every time a new doctor prescription.where as NAVACHETANA PHARMACY do not ask anything. Highly pathetic service. Not at al apriciatrable. Insted of visit to them it is better to visit some other pharmacy to get emergency service in sometime critical time. Do not recommend anybody to visit there
The Doc will clearly explain what is the issue, what they are going to do, and what you should do,the care they give to you is awesome. I had knee pain they helped me, I would suggest this place.
