Suman niwas - Hotel in Lucknow - Lucknow, India

I am not sure about the experiences others have had here .. By reading them it seems hotel was in good condition earlier but I am sharing my own feedback from yesterday night : Bedsheets , pillow covers , towels were dirty and the place was full of mosquitos . We literally had to leave the hotel midnight. Washroom was not at all hygienic , if while washing hands / taking bath you drop water on the bathroom floor you will have to walk in a puddle because of which the room also becomes smelly. The latch of bathroom door was hanging on one side and there were no toiletries provided. Also, they locked the main door with locks after 11:30PM. We were out for dinner because we reached late night and had to call the emergency contacts to let us in. Overall experience was not satisfying for me , atleast for this time.

Overall Good experience in staying here. Well good staff behavior .The room are nice and clean according to price value. At least time should be maintained according to guest check in or check out time not by 12 am to 12 pm not in this hotel should be done in rest of hotel.Due to this some time I paid rent and after four hours charge again for another day that really bad. Well if this becomes perfect then everything perfect. At last want to say all well over here.

V economic hotel with average facilities and almost 1 km from SGPGI only.. Rooms are good but need some more maintenance.. Washrooms are small but clean. Neat and clean beddings. Teaser and AC was working fine! Service was good for me, they even arranged an all-out for mosquitos.. Problems was TV was not working, though it was not a concern for me and secondly no freebies like water bottle etc.. Secondly there is big damp of water just before the hotel due to some chamber issue and the small road is also not good though there are 3 big hotels nearby.. Note - This review is for AC Deluxe Room

Just awesome stay. Here all staffs are co operative and ready to help anytime. They strickly take care of there guest and if talk about cleaness it's really awesome either room or toilet all are well maintained. And it's very near to Sgpgi hospital which was main factor for booking this. I always prefer this hotel when ever I come to lucknow

This Hotel is near PGI Chandigarh in a street followed by two three more hotels. They allowed early check in as promised by go ibibo on a small extra charge. ROOM was spacious and had all basic features. Room service was prompt. Avoid rooms at terrace as they do not have geyser, hot water for winters. FOOD at this hotel is too costly to consider and they outsource all from other eateries. They seem to have only Indian squat toilets so western toilet wannabes must be cautious and confirm. The manager Ashish Pandey is a nice and Co operative person. Overall, a value for money hotel.

If you want to live in style then this place is not for you. Else it's an affordable place and if your destination from this oyo is SGPGI hospital then it's best as it's almost 500meters away. Connectivity of public transport is great once you walk 100meters to main road. Staff is polite and listens. Food you can order from Zomato/swiggy. Overall good oyo with clean rooms and bathrooms.

It was pleasant stay. I compared from other hotels but this hotel is best among all of them. All Staff are decent and there behaviour are very good. Cleaness and wellness is super . They take care of there guests. Keep it up. All the best

I've visited Lucknow and stayed in Suman niwas.. The aminites were completely comfortable and overwhelmed with pleasure.. The Owner has welcomed with open heart and staff member were decent and professional.. *24/7 running water, *comfortable and relaxing matterers *cool RO water supply Modern Washroom with all facility. * Large and Airy rooms. * Secured with CCTV footage all around. *The pleasureble cost and humble staff. My stay went wonderfull.. Thank you Suman niwas !!!
