Worst customer service , Been a customer for 30+ years wanted an printout with gold ornaments weight. After 1 week they said they can't do it. Asked what is the use of being customer for so long. If a single obligation from the customer could not be addressed...asked Mahesh from accounts said no. Conveyed this to Manger kesvan and this can be done don't know why there is a change in the answer.
