The hospital service is very expensive. Staff behaviour is not good, they are very arrogant. One thing I always hate about this hospital I always have to wait for hours or whole day for my appointment, but it has big outer space with trees and beautiful plants where you can walk or spend your free time so you don't feel bored here. Although this place is clean and it has free parking service. Bathroom, water, canteen, fruit shop everything available what we need in a hospital.
Good Hospital in Gopalganj, but the service is very bad. I have appointment today on 14/09/23 with serial number 13 and I booked my appointment before one day. But the compounder is not following with serial number. Finally I met with Dr. Suman after 3:30 PM and lost my full day even my appointment has been booked before one day. This is not good, compounder and hospital management need to focuss the value of time each and every one . Need to follow the serial number, not any type of mode. Thanks
No proper service given by hospital management, no one is proper answer if any one asking a query. All the staff in all types of section, they are very dull, no smiling face. Very rudely. It seems that they don't want to reply any one. While purchasing my medicine, I tried to ask few question of sales person and said: Hi, Bhai, brother, one mint pls, excuse me. But no reply from any one. It seems that, they are not ready for help any one. Totally ignoring the customer and patients. Just they are doing according to his own choice. Apart from this, I also agree with the commmnet of mahi2012.
