Owners of the flats are simply greedy, increases rent in mid of the 11 month contracts, ranging from 30-35% as per their mood. This happened in 3 months window with the intent of dupe money,1 months rent deduction+ 1 month brokerage. Brokers are their relatives and they earn every time ones vacate and also security amount is at risk. Society is full of electricity and water issue. Road facing flats are even horrible, it gives you sleepless night due to vehicles sound n horns.

This society has the worst water issues I have seen till now. In addition, High maintenance charges, noise pollution, insistence bees infestation, ants everywhere. Then also we are charged high rent with no ethical practices where rents are increased as per the owner which is always more than 25%.

Good apartment.. has its own facilities like park.. and also you can partially get a view of the Lake nearby.

Good construction and Whitefield landmark on main road apartment with all amenities. Opposite dmart supermarket and reachable Colombia and forum value mall alpha beta gamma it company. Shell near by.

Problems at this apartment does not stop. Lifts, water pipe burst, unclean water in kitchen taps and no water in the washrooms in the morning happens every week. The water tank is at the bottom so the pressure will always result in the burst hence it is unsolvable. Rent increase has been inconsistent citing reasons that the owners are trying to recover the Covid loss.

Worst society and amenities am staying here for 3 years, water issues, RO makes people sick, lake near by is smelly and waste dump you would have to live with the smell, Honey bees, backup literally kills ur electronic devices... Evey other day there is issues with poor maintanence. The broker here are just making money in 3years they incered the rent to 50% more and now they have suudnly decide to increace 35% when asked as per the rentagreement u have mentioned that max increase would be 10% they say as per the agreement we can sell the flat so selling the flat please vacate... Most of the flats are owned by one family. They increase rent as per their wish ranging from 15~25% that too anytime they want. This is the current ongoing trend forcing people to move out.Nice way to make money

Not a good place to stay, owners will increase bomb rents ( ~10k in one go) even if your existing agreement is in force else they will ask to leave the place, over and above frequent water and electricity issue...
