not at all worth the price. Super bumped prices by agents. Most of the flats have road view. So much traffic noise from the road all the time. Others do not have view from balcony. No Balcony in dining or drawing room. All bedrooms are so small that you can put a wardrobe and a double bed together. Very poor orientation of the flats

Great location, unique apartment plans and very good amenities for the price. Excellent value for money! The sales executives Mr. Saikumar and Sales Manager Mr. Rajesh were quite professional and patiently clarified all the queries and concerns in deciding on the purchase of new home. They took us on site visit multiple times to ensure we were comfortable before making the decision.
The construction quality is great. The sales team is very responsive and will help you in each and every step and will answer the questions patiently. My sales POC was Mr. Sai, he is very knowledgeable about the project and gave good suggestions regarding selection. The area is very well connected to the financial district and IT hubs.
