Very nice place in Mangalore for jewellery shopping.We went for marriage purchase and selected some products and made advance for that. One thing I really appreciate the staff service . Today I visited kankandy shop after a good customer engagement with Mr.Varun in a exhibition.I think they keep their good staff only for exhibitions. But in shop , had to face horrible customer service. You can't expect even welcoming smile from them . The lady Abhijna made me realise - what bad treatment means. Though the schemes are good, dont expect a sorry after a bad treatment. Better you train your people from joyalukkas, josalukkas.TAKE THIS AS ZERO OR NEGATIVE STAR .
It was a bad Experience, this is the second time I'm facing this issue in mangalore branch. Not even a welcome drink or to attend us. The staff treat by the looks of a customer??? Simple no one will come to visit any gold souq. Last time i spoke to your customer service the same issue Regarding . Dont show the double standard
