Ambience was just too good. Too many people can dine in at a time . Food tasted good. Car parking and toilet facilities are good. The wait for the waiter to come and take orders did take time. Apart from that all is well

Bad experience. Looking good from outside and inside just because of huge money spent on the interiors. Restaurant is not all about design and ambience. It's about people who serve the customer. Serving with love.. No one check on when you enter the restaurant.. People show busy faces with no acknowledgement of a new customer arrival. I was asked for order and the guy again came after 40minutes saying he forgot the order.. I was made to sit a corner seat saying they will set new table in few minutes and that didn't happen.. Customer service rating is ZERO.. AMBIENCE IS GOOD. BUT WHEN YOU SERVE FOOD WITH LOVE AND GRATITUDE THE PEOPLE COME AGAIN...NOT BECAUSE OF THE AMBIENCE BUT FOR LOVE YOU HAVE SHOWN THE CUSTOMER.. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE BECAUSE OF BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE .

Visited there on 08 Feb 2022. We had ordered Porotta, Chicken Chatti Chor, Rumali Roti, Peri Peri Alfham, Paneer Butter Masala & Mint Lime. Porotta & Paneer Butter masala was good. Alfham was yummy. Chicken Chatti chor consists of Chicken 65, chicken roast, chammanthi, pappadam, thoran & achar. Chatti chor rice was mixed with their gravy. Liked it too. Neat & Clean restaurant. Had two dinning spaces on upper and lower sides. Good Hospitality too. Minimum Parking space.

The service of staff is very nice. Especially mr. Narayan. And the food was super tasty. we ordered 1 biriyani, appam and veg stew. The biriyani was super and again we ordered the same.. but, biriyani was got over. overall the atmosphere, food and service was great. whenever i travel that route , i'll choose this restaurant

Very good Ambience is there, but service is not that good. For 10 table, one person to take order. So he missed some item which I given order. Starter received after getting main course,ordered chatti chor, but served in paper plate even though mix is same, won't get that experience. Waiting time is more, they told it was rush, but i didn't felt that much rush may be because i visited many rush hotels in peak times and I visited here around 2pm in noon. If service was good then somewhat waiting time we would have ignored. Suggestions: add atleast one more person to take order, it will be difficult for one person to handle around 50 people. If anything is not there, convey to customer at the earliest, which is far better than creating negative impression by giving it wrongly. For everything first impression is always the best impression, even though in second time something minor happens also they will ignore

Went there for dinner , the ambience was very good , dining area was clean and nicely maintained . Wash area and restrooms can be made cleaner . The quality of food and pricing was average. Place is not too expensive , but the food ain't that special either . Ordered full Al-fahm, Kuboos was served cold , had to resend for warming up. Shawarma and kadai chicken was decent and there is no much choice of fresh juices. The bearers were not so keen in taking orders , not sure why , the day being Sunday could be one of the reasons. The parking space in front can easily accommodate atleast 3 cars and there is ample space nearby too. The place can be made much better with a bit more effort .

We were ordered a fish curry at this restaurant The taste was very worst and not cooked properly for that also they charged 550rupess ever we are not eaten that..they are not ready to rectify our problem but they add on the bill this fish curry too really unexpected.. that supplier also not responding properly very worst experience if anybody newly trying this restaurant please guys it's really worthless.
