Perfect !! So this visit was quick and crisp. Went there with my old Silver kolusu(anklet) for an exchange. Came back with 2 antique anklets..The lady stationed in anklet zone was super friendly and quick. Overall pakka experience

Sukra customer service is very poor. I have been trying to get information about Bharatanatyam Jewellery via WhatsApp and absolutely no response. We went to the store in person and requested to order a set. I shared picture of what I need and was willing to pay advance to secure my order. The person responsible to place orders was constantly complaining how he can't be on phone as regular customers get upset if they are on phone. After multiple follow ups, I was only told it is very difficult to support on phone and they would get back to me when time permits. It has been a week and I still haven't received any response. In person or WhatsApp, customer service is poor. Why keep WhatsApp available if they can't service it.

Met the owner, Mr Kalkiraju, who's kindly called Anna by all the staff ... So hard working was there even at 8:30pm at 75 y of age. Very unprofessional and unfriendly staffs. The contact number that's is given is of no use because there is no one attending to it. They are surviving in the market because of its name and nothing else... the staffs are very judgmental and not willing and uninterested to show products and that you want i steadied outright tell you it's not available.
