Sukhsagar Beach Resort - Resort hotel in Colva - South Goa, India

This was the worst hotel I've ever visited in my life till now. The rooms weren't hygienic at all. There were bugs and insects all around. The bedsheets mattresses pillows weren't clean. the tables were full of dust. There was literally zero housekeeping. When we asked for just a normal handwash they ensured they will provide it but it never arrived. The photos they share while booking don't trust them. They are not at all same. The walls have leakage. The flush was not even working and the water was literally yellow. When you go to a hotel or resort you expect some respect and comfort from the hotel. You treat your customer the way that they should enjoy and appreciate the stay, but it was just the opposite. The owner was arguing with us for the extra bed, asked for a handwash didn't provide it and had zero respect for the guests talking in a high pitched voice and was refusing over the complaints we did. Pathetic behavior! The worst and disgusting choice of my life was selecting this hotel. The best decision was we checked out immediately the next day. Please if anyone is planning to stay here, my advice is to keep bug spray, a mop, clean bedsheets and mattresses, handwash and more. Google please I request you to keep negative ratings so that I can rate this hotel. It doesn't deserve a single star also. DO NOT GO OVER THE NAME ITS NOT AT ALL SUKH(happiness). WORST WORST WORST!!!!!

So the worst rooms.. we prebook 2 rooms.. but all those rooms are very worst. Not clean.. So bad smell are coming from the room. Don't book any one. Only the swimming pool is there but this is also at extra cost ...

ENTRY FEE : Rs400 in Dormitory per day HOW TO REACH : very close to Colvah beach AMENITIES: Wasn't impressed with the dormitory there. I've been in other Dormitories where they have basic facilities taken care of The only plus factor for this place is that it's very close to the beach

Service is really worst. Avoid stay here, toilets smelling bad. Food quality below average. Room AC fan is there, water heater not working properly. TV not working. They haven't done recharge for tata sky, if you ask then will say technical problem.

hotel manager behavior very bad. we book prepaid room but when we go check in hotel the manager deemand extra 1500 or 2000 money. when we Denny extra pay money he told he not provide room. he shown driver room. and hotel room toilet some item is broken. when we check out the hotel room he blame bedsheets is darty, toilet is darty etc many more things. and again he demand extra money. his language is very slang. he always demand extra money. we are very upset with his behaviour.I have already pay 2 days room. but when we check in he demad extra 1500 rupees and he collect extra 1500 rupee in cash

Location excellent but i give minus - 5star for service, food and condition of room. Bad smell, less flow water, bathroom feetings are bad. No hospitality,untrained stalf. Swiming pool not clean even not cleaned by them on request. They refused to givre empty plate also.

No renovation work for quite some time. The Manager promised everything but provided little. Also be very specific if you intend to hire his vehicle for transportation.
