SUKHSAGAR BEACH RESORT - Hotel in Kunkeshwar, Katwaneshwar - Sindhudurg, India

We had a very pleasant stay at Sukhsagar Beach resort. There is a beautifull view over the bay, and the temple. The rooms are nice. Raj ac restaurant near the temple does good food. The owner Raja en manager Z.Ahmed have been very helpfull to us in getting transport with our , because Malva area is closed, due to visit of PM. Thank you again. Like to recommend this resort

Great Sea View Hotel Rooms. Rooms and Bathroom were very clean. staff were nice and polite. They have veg restaurant near kunkeshwar temple. Food quality good and value for money.

I had a pleasant stay at this wonderful resort for two days. Its proximity to the Kunkeshwar temple was quite convenient and the best part of my stay was undoubtedly the room. The view from our room was simply breathtaking and indescribable in words. I wholeheartedly recommend a visit to this beautiful place to experience its charm first-hand.

A costly option for devotees, but, the best option for couples or families doesn't have budget issues and looking for good views.

The experience was super good. I've been to tons of different hotels & resorts, but I can easily place the service & value-for-money factor of this place in my top 3. It's one of the best stay experiences I've had in terms of service and customer satisfaction. If one is planning on staying in Kunkeshwar, this resort is the best place to stay. I'm extremely amazed and impressed by what this resort in such a small town had to offer. I was super tired, so taking photos or videos of the property didn't cross my mind. But based on the photos uploaded by the owner, the interior seemed better, and the exterior is the same but has just got its colour faded on the outside walls.

Excellent rooms, services , cool and calm ambience. The owner is very caring and supportive. When u plan for devgad and kunkeshwar visit. Just stay in sukhsagar and experience the pleasure and also the adjoining sea.

Best place for stay... Peaceful place. Love the view and location of the hotel. The owner is very friendly person. Must try masala dosa, Onion uttapa and coffee.

Sukh Sagar Resort, Kunkeshwar. As at every other place, here also the owner of Sukh Sagar Resort, was a fried of Vishwanath Sawant. Writing the review is going to be quite tricky because some things were excellent and frankly some were way down. First the downside. The Reception, in a total mess, with papers small stuff like paper napkins, paper knives, staplers, etc lying all over the table. Crates of bisleri water bottles lying all over. The only sofa in reception was loaded with clean and dirty linen and other items for use in the resort. There was no place to sit. To make larger rooms passages and staircases were squeezed to a ridiculous extent. The stairs were narrow, and the passages between the rooms were also narrow. There seemed to be no storage room as various items, and equipment used in routine operations of a resort were stored all over including the landings, the staircase and even the stairs. There is no dining room in the main building. All the food is either brought from Hotel Raj Aswad, located near the old main gate of Kunkeshwar Temple or one has to go there for meals. The road between the Resort and Hotel Raj Aswad has a steep slope and a distance of about 500 meters. There may be times when this stiff climb may be resented. Now, the upside. The LOCATION is AMAZING. Stone's throw away from the beach and the Kunkeshwar Temple. The view from the room and the balcony is simply mind-blowing. One may have to travel far and wide to see such a verdant green of densely planted coconut and Hapus mango plantations. The rooms are V E R Y spacious, and so is the bathroom. Once in the spacious and comfortable room and the balcony the narrow aisles and the stairs did not seem to matter at all. All the fittings electrical as well as plumbing were in working order. The food was good and tasty. Accommodation and food were value for money. The service was very good. Desire to willingly and with a smile to meet all our requirements was patently discernible in their demeanour. That, I felt was a very big plus for the resort people. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
