Cold food was served, so many mosquitoes on the 1st floor, there was no hand wash on the 1st floor. Sukhsagar is a good brand in Raipur, I went there with a lot of expectations but got disappointed a lot.
I hope they rectify all these issues and start servicing as the best in Raipur.
Food quality and taste is good but i don't like a person behaviour there is one uncle at the reception and floor specially him very rude behaviour tone was also bad i ask him for thali he said they will not serve thali specially for thali i visited to sukhsagar restaurant then i ordered Alacart very dissopointed
The worst restaurant I have ever visited, the food was not good, no hygiene was maintained, FOUND A COCKROACH IN THE FOOD , taste was also not good. even the other branch offer good food and services but this branch of Sukhsagar was the worst, I would suggest not to visit this branch ever.
Thali Cost 265,Sweet item its Not Fresh , In Summer There nothing Better Cooling System, Not The Value Of Money.
Everything is good, they also have a thali system which is great, but everything is pricy.
I'would personally recommended to visit Suruchi Thali Restaurant nearby, as you get the same good quality unlimited food for much lesser price.
Really the worst restaurant ever like they are totally fake their service is worst like you can give onions pickles chillis as complimentary ( each and every restaurant do give even the another branch of sukhsagar) We sat and stood up but it didn't affect them I HEARTLY SUGGEST THIS BRANCH SHOULD BE CLOSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
