Horrible experience.Hopeless staffs.inspite of repeatedly making them asure to provide an efficient masseur,they provided the most indiscipline and unqualified staff.This cannot be expected from such a branded organisation.This is not the first time we are taking service from them,but still they don't understand the requirements of the clients.This is very disappointing.please avoid Sofia
Past few days ago I am go to spa . There staff behaviour is very very poor and rough . Very poor quality, unprofessional, massage 3000 per person wastage of money . Please dont go in this spa. Specially sristy .
It's average, don't expect professionalism like Thailand, they are dedicatedly special in massage but here massage not really good, but no way here is no option at all. So bee happy with this
