Sukhmantra Resort & Spa, Goa - Resort hotel in Bardez, Candolim - North Goa, India

I booked their luxury rooms which are worse than their normal rooms. Let me explain point wise: 1. Their luxury rooms are cheat. When I got my room then the windows curtain and AC was not working. Then they changed my room and faced this problem again so they changed my room again. 2. They do not provide 24 hr service for infants like other hotels do. I need milk for my daughter (20 month old) so I called the restaurant but the restaurant was closed at 10 pm. So I went to reception for help and they simply said that restaurant is closed and we do not have they key so you need to arrange the milk yourself. 3. Their dining area is so small that 20 people seems to be too much and they do not have any food options. 4. Their receptionist, manager, worked do not care for you once you pay them the booking. So this is my first and last experience with this "Resort". One more advice, if you even want to book then go to the hotel and then book.

I stayed 3 nights at Shukhmantra with my family, stay was very pleasant, very kind staffs with very good service. Excellent additional support & guidance for planning my wedding anniversary night very special thanks to Ms.Hasina. They will attend requirements very quick even if it's late night special thanks to Mr.Venkat who managed us in night shift.

An empty stomach can serve no one, The chef Mahendra , The Manager Ayan and all the staff Gopal.and Jitendra of #sukhmantra resorts #candolim Goa knew this so very well and served us with pleasing smile the best meals at the breakfast and dinner, it's another thing that on many days we didn't had time to take the meals. The desk service was brilliant and the room service fine too. Some work on interiors is required.

Worst experience I ever had. I went to hotel with my family. They run a trap game from delhi , theor sales manager is there in delhi who books rooms for goa. I did not know that and booked 3 rooms for me as it was my first visit to goa with family. As I reached to hotel , I had to wait for more than 45 minutes in waiting area and When I asked again for rooms , reception staff told me that rooms on ground floor are alotted for me. I loose my tempor As Mr. Bhatiya a sales person had committed me 3 rooms on 1st floor but when I talked to him on phone he briefed me atrangi policy of room catagory and started forcing me to give him extra money for 2st floor rooms. It was a horrible moment for me as my family, old parents and infant kid were there seated on and I was clueless about room. After 1 hour heqted arguments hotel staff got ready to give me room on 1st floor. Sink in washroom was placed on 500 yrs old iron stand which got rotted due to coroison badly. Electric cattles were already leaking badly, curtains were dirty and smelling. Only good thing is a staff mr. Ankit and a amma restraunt nearby.

We really enjoyed a lot recently i came here to stay with my wife and she really enjoyed a lot . We are totally satisfied with the all services Personally I would like to mention name Miss Hasina shaikh from front desk she is just excellent in her work so hard working and dedicated to her role. Will visit soon. Thank u

I came for a short stay and ended up staying a long time ! My thanks to Hasina as she was so friendly and efficient. The food was very good. The rooms were superclean and the swimming pool was great. All the lovely staff went out of their way to help me to have a really lovely stay. Thank you all. I will be back!
