So I WENT FOR 6 months here and here is my experience! *TRAINER issues!! Worst experience! The senior trainer only focuses on personal training, gives very basic workout plan. Everyone does the SAME DAMN minimal workout. Which won't give any results!! He behaved like a GOON when I pointed out things related to him. *Because of his negligence GOT LOWER BACK ISSUES!! Behaviour- manipulative,selfish GREEDY for PT. Go there if you are already experienced or you want a PT. For others its just waste of money and time!! A little extra fee in a better gym will save your health from getting ruined.

The Gym in charge and trainers are very paulite and supportive. They focus more on fitness then on body building naturally without any medication. Trainers speak in both Hindi & English. Equipments are well maintained, overall a very hygienic environment.

i had the most horrifying experience of my life . A patient expect a result , an outcome here i got nothing just disappointment. Instead of curing the problem , curing the pain it got increased , it got worse. One feels dissatisfied but what i felt was disgusting . If i would have to rate i would not even give zero , even in minus is more very more .i would never recommend anyone to go and visit . really sicking and terrible .

Worst Gym in Kota This Gym is cheater, They will call you every day to join them and will provide you offers in annual plan. But In case you need to move from Kota or You are having some problem They will not return any penny of your hardly earned money. When I told to return my money, They said you come or not money will not be get returned. They are not customer centric. Only earning money. Don't waste your money here.

Well i go for my gym over here, it's had good machine and trainers but they do not have new machine. As per cost it's good

Gym is nice and tidy better than alot of gyms. But there are better gyms in the town which gives better bang for your buck.
