Fraudulent. I bought battery from you in Dec22 and you gave no warranty paper. Your battery got defective in 8 months itself and now you are asking for some paper you never gave. Shut down your ugly shop. If a customer is reading this, please dont go to this store if you dont them to scam you.

Worst dealer suggest you to everyone purchase from any where else.. Staff not guided proper not even proper service they don't know after purchase who are you?? Staff misbehavior after sales... Not proper guidance.

Male staff behavior is worst. Review is about office ambience not about Hero bikes..

Very poor services. I paid for break shoes, but break are not working properly. Bike still has starting problem. Approached after few days, staff is not behaving rightly. Waiting for 1 hr to show the bike problem. Never seen such type of neglecting staff.

Great handling in vehicle delivery process and great experience with floor staff

1) All the person in showroom are not co-operate with us. we wait 4 hrs for delivery in cash but they delivery defect goods (Rusted, Dent, Scratches) to us. 2) Safety issues for all customer. My wallet miss in showroom i told to show CCTV footage but they denied to show because they only cover live footage and not recorded. its not possible. Which is not good for anyone.
