Most worst experience ever. Rooms are only good in show. But the facilities inside it is very worst. They only contact you until you pay their fees. and after paying their fees, they turn back from their dealing commitment that they did before paying.The Manager and Honour of this hotel are very very rude and bad. They only talks nicely and very softly before paying. This is very worst hotel, because of the bad manager and honour. .... and the service is also very worst.

I stayed here about 10 days back with my family. We booked 2 rooms. I specifically asked for both the rooms to be next to each other while booking which was confirmed to me but I didn't get the rooms upon reaching. About rooms: well they were spacious, decent bedding, very hard pillows that gave us neck pains. Extra bed was definitely not a good idea. The next day while we had left to roam around the city, we asked the receptionist to get the rooms cleaned, upon arrival at night we only get to know 1 room was cleaned and that they had just simply plainly forgotten to clean. I mean wow At the time of booking the site showed all the toiletries that would be given but we got was legit nothing, there were no dustbins also in the room. The receptionist and another guy just kept staring me and my sister everytime we were outside our rooms that my dad and brother had to strictly intervene. We asked them to refill our bottles and they said we only have bisleri bottles for the guests which by the way they were charging 30 rs for (mrp was 20 rs) extra 10 rs was for gst. And similarly cold drink (glass bottle) which comes for 18 Rs, we were asked to pay 30 Rs, in the name of GST and for some unknown reasons they couldn't even give us the bill for water/ cold drink bottles. Overall I'd say DONOT opt for the same specially if you are going with family/ a group of female friends, you'd get better options out there.
