I used to visit here with my father..yes it is not a high fi one but moderate and best for common man...Dr Purushothaman and Dr.Narayanan ( I happened to consult with them only )are very approachable and having patience to hear us...( it doesn't mean others are not..I haven't met them) altogether good
Really bad attitude of the pharmacist need to change .....kindly train your staff how to behave to a patient
Though I visited this hospital for a very very sad reason however hospital employees were helpful
Now hospital canteen charging amount for taking water from there. One of they worst policy, why hospital administration dose not bother of it??.
One of the oldest hospitals in ponnani taluk. Have betterment in their services in these years. Canteen service is okay. But, the vehicle parking area is too small. More than 3 four wheelers can't be parked there. Outside of the hospital area is the National Highway. So, those vehicles which are not able to park there cause traffic problems sometimes.
During this pandemic they are not providing seating facility, Washroom and other facilities for the accompanying people of the patient. During the day time people are waiting outside even without sunshades. Don't have a complaint box for the customers. Horrible experience!!
Not really a higher level medical services provider, no availability of neuro surgery support in case u met with an RTA, No cathlab facility available. No options for emergency dialysis.
The staff don't know how to talk even. Very bad service experience from the reception . Even they don't have a option to get feedback from patients
