Owner is doing a big scam. He will run away with all your deposit that is Rs 3000. Soon you will leave pg, He will run away with your money too. Stay way from this pg at any cost. Food quality is also worst.Water problem is permanent.

Hygiene is not all. Cockroaches every where, cleaning is not happening daily what they have mentioned. There are good PGs around. Don't stay in it. Food is very bad, don't know from where they are purchasing the chaptis. After this seeing this comment and still you are going for this PG, then you will see by yourself. And one thing i forgot to mention, water problem is there a lot in the morning. You will wake up and find that there is no water. And important one, they will not refund your deposit money. Forget about it.

just a disgusting place and disgusting owner.. they are cheater and don't give the deposit back.I think someone should do a case on this owner he is just a Fraud. please if u are reading the review dont go to this pg, there are many other good one but please dont try this one

Everything here is of name only, no cleaning, water problem every morning, Below average food and important one they will not refund your money despite of giving advance notice.

One of the worst places to live in, They have bed bugs(P.s I didn't eat anything in the room) They say that they will clean the room daily , but the maid don't come daily, they clean it twice in a week only. Don't expect to get it clean daily. The food is worst, the first day I ate the food and that's the worst food I've ever had in my entire life. The next day afternoon, i saw 3 cockroaches on the table where the food is kept and 1 on the container in whixh they bring food, since then i haven't had food there. The washing machine is not at all in good condition, please prefer not using it. I raised a complaint about not having a water supply, and the owner took 2 days to clear this issue. And once you pay the deposit, forget about it, you won't get that. Once you opt for single occupancy, still atleast for a day or 2 you have to adjust with any other companion just because there ain't any room available for a night. The warden says the rent is 11k and the owner says no it's not 11k its 16k. Strictly be aware of the owner, he can do anything for the money. Overall, really a very bad experience, I left the PG in 10 days inspite of paying the money for a month, please do look for some other PG's, there are many better pg's than this.

This is very worst PG. There is no proper arrangements. No hygiene. suggest everybody to stay away.

Worst PG I have ever seen. Food quality is too bad and the rent is also high as compared to other PG's. Next to this Sakshi PG provide TV and router in every room and rent deposit is also less as compared to this.
