Worst Hospital Experience Ever. My wife admitted for maternity delivery and throughout all days I have face so many issues and problems. Specially the TPA department is worst they have told me maternity charges 180000 and given me bill of just 115000 when I asked I want bill of 180000 they refused and said we can give only of 115000 as per package. My corporate claim settled of 90000 and remaining 90000 I have to pay via Cash. This is fraud and loot of patients. I will definitely take all legal actions against this hospital. Will write Letter to all medical authorities and if required file FIR against this hospital. Please don't visit this hospital ever. Here I am sharing My honest experience so that all others can be aware about this and think before visiting the hospital
Dr. Bharat Chauhan is an excellent doctor. The hospital conducted my wife's chemotherapy very well, she also underwent a surgery here. Very good experience at this hospital.

My mother was admitted here for her ankle fracture. My experience was not very great. While the security, maushi, chemist and XRay departments are doing good work.. the TPA, nursing, canteen and hospital interiors are very bad. 1. This hospital never used to have a TPA. They have now started a desk but it's performance is bad. They start the day by 12 pm. Half the day is over. Inspite of giving them all papers in advance, they will not process it. During the time of surgery, they will held you at gunpoint saying that pay additional deposit of Rs 50000 (over the mandatory 20000) else medical facilities will be withdrawn. My doctor was kept waiting in the OT for 30 mins until I had completed an online transfer. If you are going here, please keep cash in pocket and set your expectations accordingly. 2. The nurses lack patient empathy and will not visit them inspite of multiple requests, especially nurse Vaishnavi. 3. There is water leakage everywhere and the condition of hospital is very bad. 4. The canteen is very dirty and it is risky to give food to patients. Also they will never serve to visitors as they are always busy for patients. 5. They will ask you to sign all documents/disclaimers on ipad without allowing you to read the documents or explain them. 6. All medicine bills are sent directly from chemist to TPA department without taking your signature. 7. They will deduct money from your deposit in the pretext of charges for storing medical records for 7 years, sanitizing operation theatre, GST, disposing biomedical waste. It is a 2 star hospital so please have your expectations set accordingly.
Dr. Pilankar is an outstanding surgeon and one the best in his profession. Had a distal radius displaced fracture of right wrist, needed surgery. Had a lot of anxiety, but after meeting Dr. Pilankar was completely at ease, he explained the complete procedure and addressed all the queries patiently. Was back to normal in a month post surgery.Would definitely recommend him to everyone who needs to consult an Orthopaedic surgeon.
Absolutely horrible, disgusting and understaffed hospital. Oldest equipment, beds and the room was full of cockroaches. Highly understaffed for nurses to attend to every patient. The only good part about it is the doctors - Dr. Ravi Shah and Dr. Divyesh Raveshiya.
The five stars I have given is for Dr.Anish Dhume, Orthopaedic Surgeon. He is very caring and gives clarity on all topics . Dr Dhume also has a great team of subordinate doctors and Anaesthetists. In our case it was Dr.Pranav Shah. Patient care and well being is their priority. Regarding hospital staff. ..It's good....The helping n cleaning staff is prompt. The paramedical staff too is good but requires more proactive attitude especially during shift transfer .
