Hi viewers, I submit a very genuine and honest feedback from my recent experience of normal delivery Hope this will be helpful and recommended. 1.Doctor and Nursing Staff are great..! The staff checks the patient in good manner 2. Rooms and Patient facilities are ok. 3.Insurance section : I recommend Teja for billing insurance related information, he was helpful and very prompt replying.for Cashless and insurance claim process is excellent here.. Thank you everyone.
These people didn't even suggested for vaccination for my new born baby. We stayed in hospital for 3+ days and during our discharge they are asking to consult baby doctor not after the birth. All these nurses are more concerned about asking party than suggesting the important vaccine for baby on day 1.
One of the best Hospitals in & around Gajuwaka's for Ladies. Personally I recommend Teja for billing insurance related information, he was polite helpful nature and he was also very prompt replying.
3rd floor morning staff house keeping chitchatting very loudly I told lot of times but they don't care my voice..and soutted to me. My baby weakup lot of times difficult to handling baby.. But staff behaviour not good behave like govt hospital.. I told but they shoutted to me.. 5 days back admitted in general ward. This is not good in sujatha hospital
It will be a great mistake if someone goes to this hospital. Fully commercial and they want only to make money. even doctor will not visit still consultation charges will be charged. . Nonsense hospital and it's not a hospital it's a commercial institute. U go for gynec issue they will do eye to ear all test and charges u. For money being charged atleast they should have maintained hygiene that also these people are not capable of. Don't ever go to this hospital. Better to go near by hospitals like RK HOSPITAL and PADMAJA , after this issue I was visited these hospitals , they are 100% better than this worst Sujatha hospital
