Sujata Lodge - Lodge in Gokak - Belagavi, India

Extremely bad place for for stay. The rooms are quiet ok 50/50. There was no water in bathroom tab. Water was there only to toilet flush and basin. Hot water had issues and they kept us waiting for hot water for hours by using the electric water hiter , so it took 30+ minutes to get 1 water bucket. Same was the condition all bathroom was not clean. The owner is rude and not cooperative at all. Do not recommend this place for stay at all.

Rating it 1 star since there is no option to give a negative rating. Firstly, the owner was drunk and was hesitant to give us room since they have a weird rule that the wife's surname must match the husband's in aadhar card. He denied the room even after it mentioned the relation in Aadhar. After mentioning this he agreed after some time. Secondly, it's not safe to stay here. While we were in the room someone tried to open the room from outside for a couple of times even though our room was opposite to the reception. Avoid this hotel at any cost!!

Not good, lots of insects in the room, no hangers in the bathroom, lot of smell in the bathroom

In Rs700 you get best non A/C room with double bed but the bed size is too large that 3 persons can sleep easily. Service is good. But no bar and restaurant but u can order from your room.

Sujatha lodge is wonderful in these areas: 1. Right in the middle of Gokak town. Everything is in your hands reach. 2. Rooms are very much spacious. You would feel so free and happy once you are in the room. 3. They have 3 bed rooms and 4 bed rooms. That is amazing! 4. Tariff is very much affordable. 5. Staff is friendly. 6. You have limited parking space available. 7. Bathrooms are big in size. 8. Water available all the time. 9. All other lodges are below average and uncomfortable compared to Sujatha. Negatives: 1. Room maintenance is poor. 2. Bed sheets have stains in them. 3. Bathrooms have leakages. 4. Floor is not always kept clean.
