We've had a good and comforting experience in Birla hospital during our treatment. All the staff member, Nurses and Doctors are the best in medical service industry.

Worst hospital experience ever. They asked for lot of money for 10 min of operation of stain removal from kidney. We booked deluxe room but shifted to general by saying there is no bed availability. There is no co operation from receptionist and no coordination between the staff. Worst experience ever.

Hospital is just fine... Not really recommend untill you have no option. It is quiet unnecessarily crowded. They have research centre and training institute as well. They do provide ambulance facility. They also have a pharmacist in the parking attached to the building. Parking is available.
