Without regard to time. Even 1star rating is also a waste of this. They ask to arrive at 11 AM, but the doctor won't arrive until 2 PM.
Treatment is good and doctor's approach towards patients is excellent, but the person who is taking the fees in the reception is doing malpractise and speaking careless with the people.

Rude staff behaviour. The appointment issue time mentioned 9 am but they starts issuing appointments at 8.30 am itself. Within 5 mins it's got over for the day you need to come the next day. For an appointment need to visit for 2 or 3 days. After the appointment doctor consults in the afternoon. For the complete process, there should be 3 or 4 visits needed. But doctor is good and nice person.
It is one of the best hospitals for dermatology in Kadapa. Everyday morning 9:00AM they will give tokens and the doctor will come at 2:30PM and starts seeing each patients according to the token numbers.
Worst experience ever in a hospital. The doctor is good but don't know why he is maintaining such rude staff.The guy at the reception has no manners at all.Even if we go for enquiry also he is showing arrogance.This is not a govt hospital dude.Nobody can take your arrogance
