I recently visited here, and my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. there were a few issues that left me feeling less satisfied than I had hoped. Let's start with the positives. The ambiance of the restaurant was good, with its elegant decor and . The staff members were polite and attentive. The overall cleanliness and hygiene standards were also maintained to a satisfactory level. However, when it comes to the most crucial aspect of any restaurant--the food--my expectations were not fully met. The menu boasted a diverse range of dishes, but unfortunately, the taste and quality of the food fell short of what I had anticipated. Some of the dishes lacked flavor, while others seemed to be prepared with subpar ingredients. I found myself wishing for more attention to detail and a greater emphasis on culinary excellence. Adding to my disappointment, I discovered that the restaurant had a policy of charging an additional 2% fee for payments made with credit cards, especially considering that most establishments nowadays accept card payments without any additional charges. One more aspect that left me frustrated was the restriction on bringing outside food and drinks into the restaurant. Despite these setbacks, I must acknowledge the efforts of the staff, who did their best to ensure a pleasant experience. They were prompt in addressing our concerns and offered alternatives when our chosen dishes were not up to par. Their willingness to accommodate requests and make amends was commendable. In conclusion, my dining experience at the Suggi Hotel restaurant was moderately fine, but it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The lackluster food quality, the additional 2% charge for credit card payments, and the restrictions on outside food and drinks were notable downsides. While the overall atmosphere and service were satisfactory, these issues prevented me from truly enjoying my time there.

Good place..Food was decent taste and toilet was worst no cleaning you can't even hand wash there it's so dirty...Very crowded place not much suitable for family

Search some other places to enjoy, or else you will die after you see the bill, because I got the same experience and the very huge cost in this restaurant I have ever seen in other restaurants. So please avoid this restaurant....

This place mostly resembles kuteera restaurant which is at mariyappanapalya bangalore. Suggi is a very recent introduced hotel near kommagatta circel with many veg & non veg foods. Including chicken tikka, panner tikka, roti curry. They even serve drinks of all kind. Ambience is somewhat a letdown because of the hygiene look wise it's good but food makes up for it. Parking is of free street parking.

Food was good, service was decent. Atmosphere is okok. Restrooms are not clean. Not recommended for families. Recommended only for friends.

Food was tasty but very expensive well maintained

It's good but we can't shout too much and we can't talk to much louder also because of its next to hospital and also it's open type.
