Very well located and parking opposite the restaurant under the flyover. I've been to few of their restaurants and the menu is pretty much the same everywhere. It's on the second floor so not convenient if you're disabled. I loved the ambience, it's got a cosy feel about the place. We ordered few things off the menu, the presentation was nice but the taste was really bland and the service is extremely slow here.
If you want to eat chicken don't come here. Non-veg food is not good. I ordered butter chicken and chicken biryani. I don't like it at all. Though Panjabi thali was decent. Food is costly too.
They didn't have pizza sizes, which is quite unacceptable. Pav bhajhi was quite poor, didn't consume it. Masala dhosa stuffing was cold. Toilets were disgusting . So many staff but quality was poor. Just a bit of improvement can change the dynamics of the shop. Sorry for the constructive criticism.
A good option for various types of food. But in last visit found it very improper management. The food was okay, but very tight space with loudy atmosphere. You are paying enough payment compare to a good luxurious restaurant, but didn't get any facilities here. Plates are not cleaned, service was very slow, taste was okay. But prices are tremendous high. After paying 500 rs for a sizzler, the quantity and quality was improper. Not preferable again.
Found cockroach in restaurant.2/3 time inform captain but he is not interested asked to change seat. Attached photos
During evening time, when tables are booked, they switch off the AC and the captain and restaurant manager give illogical reply that we are vacating the premises so ac are damaged and not working. And the restaurant manager says that ac is working but as there are more members the chilling is not felt. Such a lewd and unprofessional service.
Sugar n spice food squar in dawar chamber is old restaurant serving since years a family restaurant. PIZZA TASTE IS GOOD . Toppings are fresh . Even dosa specially cheese spring , mysore dosa with 2 chutney and sambar is recommended .
In Sugar & Spice on Ring Road, I noticed a cockroach walking on the wall beside my table. When I brought it to the attention of the restaurant staff, they casually mentioned that they had conducted pest control yesterday, attributing the presence of the cockroach on the wall to that. However, this explanation doesn't address the concern that the cockroach could easily move onto tables and plates. Please be cautious when visiting Sugar & Spice on Ring Road.
