My Athan is a member of this Gym and has a good acquaintance with the owner from his College days. But he rarely goes there. Occasionally he takes me with him. It's a decent Gym with some contemporary equipments. At times I too do workout with my Athan's guidance.

If you pay for AC, expect it to run only until 7.30am, which is rather strange. The AC section upstairs is free with new equipment. New equipment. Cost (quoted to me): Rs. 1200 for one month in AC; Rs. 2000 for three months. The ground floor has neither AC nor space to move around - filled with men and equipment. Well lit - cost Rs. 400 for one month; Rs. 750 for three months. can be a bit more friendly. You can sense an air of arrogance!
Its a great place to train your body! This gym comprises of both hydraulic and manual settings at different costs. They have good masters to train you with a wonderful atmosphere.

Really disappointed. Not worth the money. Very cosy room. The staff did not book a slot though the room was booked online, finally ended up alloting some left over room. Washrooms not clean. Very very small rooms.
