excellent service, stayed only for getting early morning train, amenities are good in condition, food did not serve in that hotel but they give some restaurants recommendations for dinner.
A nice and clean hotel in this locality. Though it's near to railway station, but they maintain clean and hygiene. Manager is very friendly and cooperative.
Pros - Its just outside the station. Staff is very friendly. The room was decently clean.
Cons - Its just outside the station so I could hear trains passing by and the railway annoucements the whole night. Bathroom was horrible, jet was not working, there was a crack in the toilet seat, had to ask for basic things like towels and soap. Telephone was not working, had to go down to reception for requesting anything. Saw a long-ago-dead lizard in the room which was easliy spotable but I don't know why it was not noticed by the staff
All in all, if you are staying there don't set your hopes high
I booked it for a day for my parents and I was relieved with all the support that has been provided by the owner, manager and the staff to my parents. The staff got all the things we asked them including medicines from market which was truly a kind gesture that made me pen down this note to thank and appreciate them.
Hope you guys continue this act of kindness and of course in turn it should be reciprocated to motivate you serving people with a broad smile .
Cherry on top is that this place is just next to the railway station.
Rooms are small according to tarif and also cleanliness not maintained. At the time of check-out lift not working due to power failure.
amenities were good. even solo women travellers can stay here no issues regarding safety.

Sugandh hotel is near by Manmad station......staff is very fastly any service...also it's very charmful and decent... washroom and bedroom also neat and clean..... One time coming and see...how it's our experience....
