Sugan Niwas Palace - Hotel in Jaipur - Jaipur, India

I had come to the hotel to stay with my family for a day but my family was treated very rudely by the hotel staff and their manager and there was no medical emergency facility available at their hotel and all the rooms were fully equipped. They were dirty. No cleaning arrangements were made by the hotel staff. I had to stand outside for 2 hours. There were better hotels nearby.

Best hotel we've stayed in Jaipur. Super super super clean. The room is spacious! The bed is comfortable. The hotel is well managed . Our room is quiet and you can watch sunrise in the morning. I love hotel restaurant It was the best food we had. Staffs are so friendly. We will definitely stay in this place whenever we come to Jaipur

If anyone has to stay in Jaipur with family, friends and pets this is best hotel. With warm and friendly staff the hotel gives a beautiful ambience for a nice and comfortable stay. The location is amazing. It is in main area near Sindhi camp with all the amenities of shops, buses andrailway station at a walking distance. The best part is the owner of the hotel who is jovial and always at ease with any services needed for the guests. There cannot be a better place to stay than this one in Jaipur.

Sugan Niwas Palace is the best place to stay at Jaipur. Spacious rooms, good in service, perfect location and it's beautiful place with garden. Worth Visit! This is a very old property. We booked a family room with this hotel. The room did not match the Pics shared with us. Doors were broken, bathroom door was not locking, no soap, no toothbrush no toothpaste was provided. Gyeser was not working. We complained twice but no-one bothered to check on that. Worst hotel I have ever been to. No hospitality, no customer service, did not even accept their mistakes. Will not recommend this hotel to anybody. You will find a luxury room in the same price nearby this hotel.

I had 2 days stay here & it was one of the best stays in Jaipur. Staff is really cooperative + they have in house cafe (food tastes good). Overall had the best experience here. It was serene, cozy, aesthetic. Also it was reachable from all the places

I booked two rooms with equal price. But they gave us one big room and one small room. When we complained about it they started saying it was your duty to complain when we gave you the keys. We were fully tried at that time. But we complained when we were leaving, they totally denied that it was receptionist's problem. After this they said we complained late because we wanted some discount. They said these reviews were nothing mean to them. I strongly recommended please don't book this property.

This place is an absolute nightmare! From the moment I walked in, I felt like I had made a terrible mistake. The location aside, everything about this place is a complete disaster. The staff, if you can even call them that, are utterly useless. I wouldn't advise anyone to set foot in this property even by mistake. To make matters worse, they have the audacity to charge a whopping 50 bucks for a single plate. Why, you ask? Because I placed an order through Swiggy instead of their in-house restaurant. As if that's not enough, they decided to slap on an extra fee for the cutlery. It's absurd! The condition of the place is deplorable. The ACs in every room are broken, the washroom taps are dysfunctional, and the overall hygiene is questionable at best. And if you're hoping to get in touch with the staff, good luck with that. There's no phone in any of the rooms, and I was stuck on the 4th floor with no way to contact anyone. To top it off, even the swimming pool had its share of problems, with broken and chipped marble. This place is a prime example of how NOT to run a hotel. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this nightmare of a property. And it's not like this place comes at a bargain. They managed to squeeze a whopping 8,000 rupees out of us for just a two-day stay. It's outrageous!
