Bad experience. Bus from Padubidri to Bangalore - they stop in a government bus stop for using the bathroom. This is a private bus and it is expected to stop in a decent place for ladies. Really disappointed.
Very good follow up, good and timely information by staff and post travel enquiry of customer satisfaction, good initiative. The driver and other staffs are very co-operative and I would recommend the agency to my relative and friends.

Very worst maintenance.... I beg ppl to avoid sugama travel in d Mangalore to Haveri route ... Very unprofessional driver n cleaner. Thy stop at random place to hop in unreserved passenger to make money for themselves.
