Poor room service and staffs are not knowledgeable how to respect customers. We booked through online for colleague but his mobile got power off so he can't able to show the booking ID while he reach the hotel and he asked "actually we booked once you gave room means I will show you the ID" but they refused to give also they didn't gave any option to charge his phone. So that he booked directly for emergency purpose. Within an hour I got reached hotel and explain them clearly what happened. But receptionist didn't mind and simply said cancel the online booking since we don't have any cancellation option in online. For service it's zero but don't have that option.

Each room is only allowed to have two persons in it since the reception staff is so rude. There is no Wi-Fi, and when you ask, they don't tell you when the heater is going to be on, instead telling you later. Apart from the location, it's not a great stay except the location

Overall I rate 4. It's a good room at such a price. Easily accessible. Restaurants and super markets and other shops are nearby. Rooms are not tidy and need good maintenance in the rooms.

Although the hotel location is good. it's in heart of city, RS puram. But, the service is not good. the room was full of dirt and dust. No AC rooms in this property. checkin strictly at 12 for online booking. if you are walking customer they will allow 24hrs checking. But, not sure about it. the bed linen was not good. rooms were in bad condition. Tap water is not coming properly. if you are just passing coimbatore, want to explore city area and don't want to spend on hotel then go for it. staffs are arrogant. they will not listen you. bed linen and rooms are dirty. towels smells.

Worst experience over there. They hired ppl who doesn't even know how to communicate with guest. Rooms were filled with mosquitoes I didn't even sleep one night properly. Drinking water which they're providing it was look like that jar is not clean for years. They are not providing wifi facility also.

Based on price and the location, this is a very good option. They have both AC and Non AC. The hotel is located in the main market area so commuting is very easy. Very basic room. No WiFi. It's clean.

Overal very bad experience there staffs are behaviourless they don't know how talk with guest I won't recommend any one to this hotel

Booked room in online but they didn't accepted our online booking without any reason and asked us to pay again.. Worst service. They are scamming if we booked through online.
