Soofi Darbab, located at Calicut Beach, is an absolute gem for lovers of Middle Eastern and Arabian cuisine. I recently dined here, and I can confidently say that their Mandi and Alfaham are nothing short of amazing. The moment you step into Soofi Darbab, you're greeted with the delightful aroma of spices and grilling meats, setting the stage for a memorable dining experience. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, with a Middle Eastern touch in the decor, creating an immersive atmosphere. Now, let's talk about the stars of the show - the Mandi and Alfaham. The Mandi, a fragrant and flavorful rice dish with tender, slow-cooked meat, was an absolute delight. The balance of spices and the tenderness of the meat made it a dish to remember. And the Alfaham, a marinated and grilled chicken dish, was cooked to perfection. The smoky flavor and the juiciness of the chicken left a lasting impression. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were quite reasonable, considering the quality of the food. The staff at Soofi Darbab were attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall dining experience. The only minor drawback is that the restaurant can get quite busy during peak hours, so it's a good idea to make a reservation to avoid a wait.

Calm and quite ambience Good service Majlis & Normal seating arrangement Neat and clean I only recommend "beef Kuzhi Madhi" Don't forget to try the sweet and spicy dip they serve with the mandi. that was amazing, The chicken mandhi was average "including alpham" UPI,CARD,CASH all payments are accept congested parking "If you have a bike, you can park it in front of the shop"

Nice food, good ambiance, good customer service

Sufi Darbab we went at late night as their mandi was finished by that time. We ordered Grilled beef It was good to taste as meat was grilled to perfection and the meat was so tender. Ordered Butter Nan that was little disappointed as it was over cooked in oven and there is lots of black over fried crumbs on it could eat much ordered Paneer Butter masala as gravy it was okay okay not bad as well. Ambience is also neat . Service wise is also okay . The good thing is they are open till late night around till 2am. Thats one of the highlight as majority around beach are closed by that time.

One of the best and budget friendly mandi restaurant in the town. Compared to the other similar restaurants it is far more better. Sitting is a little bot congested but it doesn't matter for me. They have one majlis also to sit on the floor and have your food. It was a good experience but sitting on majlis is too near to the wash area. That was suffocating. Everything else was good and staffs also.

Super beef grilled. The time I visited, ordered beef grilled it looked very delicious and juicy. Menu is pocket friendly. the service was fine as there was only single person handling. The ambience is very beautiful and seating area is quite comfortable and cosy. The place is spacious enough for group. Ideal for work from cafe. Place for quick bites, kids friendly.
