An all round development of the body, from flexibility to strengthening, from stability to robustness. Been here since a year and have a really good and firm grip on my body. A whole week is a bunch of new experience. Sudhanshu sir being experienced provide with a lot of exercises and advices for us.

Sudhanshu Sir is an excellent fitness trainer. I am a student in his personal training sessions. His training has immensely contributed in my weight loss. Sir focuses on the specific needs of the student, and is very friendly and understanding. I am very happy and satisifed with his sessions.

NOT FOR BEGINNERS!!! The workouts are not at all easy to follow and if you aren't able to follow the workouts, the trainer will get mad at you. The trainer(Sudhanshu Bairagi) isn't well mannered, he is very rude and aggressive(pats, shouts) which I personally don't like. Also, I paid for 3 months in advance but just after my 15 days of bad experience I discontinued and wanted refund for the remaining 2 months to which he completely denied to return. Overall a very bad experience, won't ever recommend to anyone.

Friendly and dedicated environment which helps you to push your limits to lose weight. All types of workout are there such as dumbbell workout, Tabata session, dance fitness and many more. Every day there is a new workout and new motivation.

It was really a great experience with Sudhanshu witness. He really motive to work hard to his students amd guide them for same. Very punctual and perfect with timing and training. Give personal interaction with each and everyone. I loss 4kgs in 2monts.

I haven been doing workout since 6 months and started out with sudhanshu sir at starting. I was like 50 kilos amd now I am much fitter than before. He is great and the exercises and timings for each exercise is just perfect.
