Ordered them only 2K visiting cards in October with design and asked them to enhance the quality for printing, they copied the Design exactly and shared to review without even working on it. On pointing out they made corrections and I gave okay for printing on 29th October. I asked them to provide me on 2nd November as they already delayed the design process. I paid full amount in advance as well. On calling on 2nd November they said they will only be able to complete the order after Diwali as they have diwali orders pending. On calling multiple times, on 9th November they asked me to collect only 100 cards on urgent basis and fullfill they ordered after few days, on which i agreed and they said 100 cards will be ready by 6pm. I called them today on 10th November asking that my 100 cards are ready or not, they said yes it will be ready within 30min and i can come and collect it. I reached there after 31min and they haven't even started printing. I waited further 20min and they were like machine is not connecting, command is not going etc. And when i started to left, they felt relieved that they don't have to do it now. Their service is so pathetic. They multiple times said that your order is small. They should have said it before taking the order or taking money. If they can't handle such a small order, how they expect me to give them a big one. This is my last business with them, i will rather pay more online or to some other professionals who can do work on time. Worst experience.
Worst experience ever... They don't stand on their words.printed wrng content in the advertisement and still Delayed my consignment by 5 days...Their service is equivalent to harassment... Damn disappointing.. .
