Sudha mam is very experienced and gave us best guidence and treatment. She guided us with best treatment and helped us to take right approach considering both mother and baby. Thanks sudha mam. Hospital is very well maintained in terms of hygiene and management. Right from nursing, billing and to care takers are very responsible in their duty. Shekar from insurance dept needs special thanks too as he helped me with claim Procedures.

I got cystoectomy operation done with two huge cysts. In other hospital they said overy must be removed but here Sudha madam had made the easy procedure and removed only cyst through laproscopy and she took very good care after post operation. I got my two kids delivered at the same hospital in 2018 and 2021. She is very good at every operation. Thankyou Dr.Sudha garu. Reseption dept handled everything so smoothly. Aayas were very polite and maintained cleanliness in the hospital. They also took very good care of patient when needed. The nurses staff is very cooperative and understanding and took lot of care day and night. Thankyou team. Pharmacy provided all the required medicine and very handy even during night. The laboratory provided all the test reports in time before the operation even though the samples were given late. Insurance person was also polite and easily handles insurance process without any hurdles. Thankyou sir for helping us.

Sudha Hospital went above and beyond during my father's cataract surgery on his hyper matured eye. Dr.Ram Gopal Garu's expertise and comforting demeanor were remarkable. He successfully treated my father's condition, and his soft-spoken nature put us at ease. Srikanth Garu from the insurance department played a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and hassle-free cashless procedure, coordinating seamlessly with the Hospital was well-equipped medications without any hassle. The support staff, including the ayahs, also deserves special mention. Their care and attention to patients' needs added an extra layer of comfort and support during our stay at the hospital. However, it's worth noting that the receptionists at Sudha Hospital left much to be desired. Their professionalism and customer service skills fell short, as they occasionally displayed rudeness and lacked the necessary skills to handle patients effectively. Some grooming in patient interaction would greatly improve the overall experience at the hospital.

The hospital was very hygiene and the doctor consultation was very good service was also very nyc nurses are very friendly and handling patience with so much of care time to time nurses are monitoring and taking care . Sudha madam was very good . Delivery was done very smoothly and in the end madam given good kind of discount as well .There is child paediatric was monitoring child health as well . Insurance was very helpful for us and the insurance person was also very helpful suggested wt to do nd how to utilise and all

Recently I visited this hospital for pregnancy Sudha mam was treated nicely and explain it everything is clearly. But the reception members are not responding properly in calls and no proper knowledge.
