The tea was really amazing. There was no rose chai or something that we saw on internet but there was a huge crowd there. Tea was no doubt tastyyy!! Must try if you're in north campus near Kamla Nagar Market!

The tea was good but many times the place becomes crowded as it's a students area and mostly the rush is because of the local college' students. The taste was nice, and the staff was friendly!
I am fascinated by Tea Stalls, and particularly those, which attract huge crowds. This roadside makeshift stall is a rage with the youngsters and locals. And people like me, come to this place from far as well to enjoy the tea and the atmosphere around. Have tea in Kulhad (Rs 20/- only), comes to you straight from the huge vessel. Wait and you would see what all he adds to the tea, including rose petals. It's an experience.
If you're studying at Delhi University north campus, you won't miss a chance to drink sudama tea. I'm not much into tea, but sudama's tea is an excuse. Also I had two cups of tea once which I regret. As it was too much sweetness for me. It left a bad taste. He serves tea in two types of cup one is a paper cup worth 15 rupees and for kulhad you would have to pay 20 rupees. The price is justified considering the quantity and quality. The paper cup and kulhad also have great ergonomics and quality. The crowd jostling around proves the fan following of sudama among university students as well as outsiders. People have reported that he adds something addictive to his tea that's why people are craving for its taste and once they visit they can't miss another opportunity to come. Well, I confirm, I don't find any addictive element in his tea. Coming too ingredients, he told me that he adds, " rose petals (gulab ki pankhuri), cardamom (elaichi), cloves (laung), ginger (adrak), basil leaves (Tulsi Patti), bay leaves (tej patta), black pepper (Kali mirch) and cinnamon (daalchini) beside tea leaves and milk. Come have a taste and spot the flavour of all these ingredients. Don't get surprised if you find a roadside shop, because it's the way "Sudama" does. Also don't get him for his name, Sudama has become a millionaire at least selling roadside tea.
This place is absolute love! Coming here for the last 10 years, just to have a sip of heavenly taste of Tea! Definitely suggested to tea lovers who are around Delhi University.
