SUDAMA KRISHNA RESIDENCY - Hotel in Mathura - Mathura, India

I am giving it 2 stars. I paid RS 1000 but the hotel room condition was very poor.No cleanness, I think that they are not changing the bedsheet after every customer checks out.No the geyser and r, No shower. Lots of mosquitoes there but they are not providing any mosquito coils. Bathrooms toilets not cleaned properly. Yes, I am happy with the receptionist boy as he guides us on how to travel in Mathura with time management. I won't recommend anyone to book this hotel. It's a waste of money only without perfect service.

After Some time I'm going to Mathura Uttar Pradesh with my family, so stay here. Very good stay...and the staff behaviour was so good...any things u want just call the reception boy he's ready for u.. they provide us nice cab..a good experience I had..I can recommend it for you people thanks.

Very ok type hotel ,rooms amd washrooms r very small location is also very far from main market area

after all our vacation or trip was average. Ujjain city of Mahakal where we started our trip. Hotel room near a km. But in poor condition, the hotel provided us with a family room for three adults and one child. It was a small room. The other bed was so little and fluppy. and also in the bathroom flush was not working. cable wire surrounding through shower. After that we went to Datia. provides us with a hotel which has a single floor on the 3rd. There is a little room and website not mentioned in the site for the deluxe room but in the hotel after a long discussion hotel staff provide us another room in the name of Upgraded. And also an extra charge of 1300 Rs. In Datia city the power cut problem was daily rise. 7:00am to approx 2 or 3 pm. And hotel staff haven't started a generator. Oh!After all we came to Mathura. Hera our mind was adopted at a hotel malfunction. So I haven't raised any claim. For thanks to God to complete our religious trip. Not to Goibibo. which was over rated hotels. malfunction and many such other things.

Guys are good and supportive but facilities are not so good. 1. Door are of made up of plastic 2. No snacks available, even i was ready to pay 3. No towels or soap given. 4. Little internal are little scary

Decent hotel According to the price you pay. Not too far from the Krishna Janmbhoomi which is a prime location and you can easily get transportation from here to various places. Staff was good. A guy named Prem who stays at the hotel was actually pretty helpful. We stayed during winters so the rooms were good. Every room had geyser facilities 24/7 but the ventilation wasn't good so if you're staying during summers try to get an AC room. Also one of the rooms had a wierd smell due to some drainage issue but wasn't too bad and could be easily overlooked. We had a good time. Would Definitely recommend at this price!

Even though the staff was polite, but the rooms were not clean, had gutka spits on the walls, unclean bedsheets, stained pillow covers, a lot of mosquitoes (couldn't sleep at night), gaps in the door (one can peak from outside). Some of the toilets are unventilated. If you still want to book here, book for a day and then decide on to extend or not (you will certainly not). Don't cancel your booking if you have an unmarried female in your group, because they wont give you a room and return your money, book another room instead and shift your female member there. Don't get scammed by them if they want to provide you with vehicle for travel when you check-out, they might say they have vehicles, but don't go with it, they will charge an insane amount (since you are new you won't know). They said 250 rupees for Mathura to Vrindavan Iskcon temple on electric rickshaw for one passanger. In reality it should have been anywhere between 30 to 50 rupees. Anyhow, be very cautious when staying here.

Rooms were not much clean, dust on windows, but service was good. Very hard matress on bed. Location was good, very near from Janambhumi.
