The Worst Subway Experience. I had this experience couple of months back (May 21) to be exact. Usually Subway has been nothing but amazing, personally, in terms of food quality and taste. In terms of service, there hasn't been anything to complain. But this branch was THE WORST. And the person at the counter was the sole reason. He took alot of time to put things together, though there was literally no other orders. When requested to speed up, he frowned and replied very rudely. Very Rudely. I didn't want to escalate the issue, so just took my Subway. But he got the bread wrong. And again frowned to redo it. For a mistake he did. And after all this, the sub was very poorly packed, with the paper taking in alot of the sauce and making the entire experience very poor. The extra sauce that I ordered too tasted bad and put across very half-heartedly.

I reached here late by 11pm and still they were working. I ordered corn and peas sub with extra black olives. Bread was honey oats and was roasted with 2 cheese slices. All vegetables used and sauce were mint mayonnaise, Southwest Chipotle and sweet onion. Thats how I like my sub always. Pics below for reference. Tasted sooo good.

They skimp on the servings, we have to literally keep telling them to put more multiple times and they still intentionally slow it down. Making your own sandwich or wrap feels like being them and praying full price. Not worth it, no standard defined.

500ml water bottel charged 30/- local brand name aquas Had to wait for 5min to order for my SUB, as the counter person was on phone. I had to call him n creat a fuss to get his attention to make order, All items prices mentioned n visible to guest but beverages n water price not mentioned, only after billing u come to know

The place is run by decent brothers who make good subs, I've dine in and have done takeaways. This is a nice place to grab a sub if you want one and you are near by.

Worst service ever. Have placed an online order via Swiggy but the outlet did not follow any of our request and instructions added vegetables and sauces of their choice. This is pathetic and outrageous. Subway can remove the options to ask customers to choose our choice and prepare what you like. Subway has lost its standards and service. I paid for cookies and that was not delivered either.

Can experience the same service quality whenever I visit the place. Bit addict on this Subway food. Would like to visit very frequently but prices has shooted up recently which actually hold us to visit. Can provide water n ketchup to the desk for the price offered. Overall a decent to have a healthy food. Just a thought !!!
