Subway - Fast food restaurant in Mumbai, Mira Bhayandar - Thane, India

I recently tried a Subway salad, and I must say it was a refreshing and healthy choice. The customization options at Subway are fantastic, allowing you to create a salad that suits your taste perfectly. Best place for healthy food. It's hygienic with lot of options for veg, bread and sauces.

Very irresponsible staff. I had ordered take away of jain but they gave me tofu with onion and garlic. Inspite of clearing giving them instructions and checking with them more than 50 times they mismatched the order. It takes less than a minute to check while packing but carelessness. Really disappointed.

Love Subway, always a go to place as it is one of our fav franchise. This time they were short-staffed, not crowded though at the time. Usually I always get my bread toasted with cheese. However, apparently now cheese has additional cost, which the lady who took my order did inform me about. However, she was not making the sub with proper proportions. I asked her for "all veggies" for my non-veg subs so the selection won't take time and yet she was not adding all of them she kept skipping a few and I had to ask her to add for each veggie individually like "can you please add.." same happened for sauces when I just told her all, she only added 3 sauces and I had to ask her to add the others individually and she also didn't seem willing to do so. This becomes a little frustrating considering you have already mentioned all? She didn't add the right amount of chicken either like only kept pieces till 3" of the sub and while making my veg sub she forgot to add the Mexican patty itself in the mexican patty sub and I had to remind her a few times "You forgot the Mexican patty" and same veggies and sauce scenario here as well. I paid and I had to ask them multiple times that can you please hand me my subs, they are still with you. Personally this won't really stop me from having Subway. I just hope I don't experience this again cuz the sub was not fulfilling cuz of the proportions and hopefully this is my first and last bad experience.

It is just behind McDonald's, in the same building. Little difficult to locate as it lies in a corner of the building within which it is located. Parking can be a hassle. Also, no washrooms or wash basins. The place is well maintained and is pretty clean. The quality is also maintained and on par with what I've had at other Subway outlets. There are only 3 tables, so less seating within the restaurant. Compared to other Fast Food Chains, it's quite expensive, but worth it once a while as they have lot of options to customize your sandwich and is comparatively healthy as well. Overall, a nice place to visit.

Subway - a stupid way of selling whatever they sell. Today I went to Subway Mira road and had a bad experience. I was standing at the display rack hoping the staff will take my order. Instead, the fellow was asking me from a distance away from the rack, "What you want?", as if he was not in the mood to sell any stuff there. Anyway, I said until you come to the display rack and take the order, how can I tell you what I want? First and foremost, it is always confusing at Subway about what to order as there are too many choices. And on top of that the fellow was asking what I want from far distance from the display rack. This is utter non-sense and lack of training of the Subway stuff. Frustrated, I left the outlet and went to McDonald to order something. The Subway management should look into the matter and make ordering easier at Subway Mira Road. So my 1 star, as there is no zero star option. Thanks

Always a treat to Eat from Subway..the bread the veggies and the fillings. Top class...Health in every bite. Ordered home delivery through Swiggy....the veg options are Exceptionally rich in choices and wonderful in taste...thank you Subway for giving ample of choices...we as customers are literally spoilt for choice..thank you for the service :)

The sub was fresh and tasted really good. The process of ordering was pretty easy and the staff was polite and friendly.
