Worst services, they serve stale breads, don't give veggies option saying no customisation allowed. They will give you bread and some stuffing and one sauce of their choice. Place is very unhygienic.

Worst every subway outlet. Never ever use this store for the order. They never deliver as per the request, add ons always missing. And to make it worst, they delivered chicken wrap when I ordered a veg Mexican patty wrap.

no ac working inside . paneer was stale.

Its located inside the premises of Lotus Boulevard. So, you should either be a resident or visitor to viait this store. Its always almost empty. Service was quick and restaurant was clean.

I went to get a BMT and it's not the same. They have changed it and made it worse by removing a layer of meat. The service wasn't that great either. I asked for a few small cups and they straight up refused, said you will have to buy something that comes in a cup. I've been going to this subway for 6 years and went today after a year. Not happy at all.

Do not go in the society with any 4 wheeler, the people are not at all friendly. The residents are rude, and think of themselves as high and allmighty.

This was my first time at this outlet and I am sorry to say I was very disappointed, so many complaints.. 1. The shop from outside was not at all inviting, signborad was covered in dust, glass doors were unclean, when I walked inside there was no staff at the counter to greet. Only save, it was clean 2. Service: Staff was constantly distracted by their online orders and did not give a bill after my purchase. I overheard from another customer that she did not receive a proper bill even last moth when she came in, their reply was - "our wifi is not working so we accept card payment and we can't print a receipt for your transaction". Only cash payment was accepted. 3. The vegetables in the boxes looked very stale and cookies display very shabby looking. My footlong was delicious but the whole experience was very bad. Would not like to go again to this shop and would not recommend it to others too. Even if you do. Please keep some cash at hand and don't forget to take a photo of your receipt.

Never in our dreams did we think food poisoning would happen to our children at a subway. Well this subway at lotus boulevard is "dangerous" Three children got rashes , vomiting and ended up at hospital with their stale , old paneer and chicken ! Watch out and about the subway at Lotus boulevard ... never go there ... very little customers so they rot their food and sell it stale Be safe! Other parents also had similar nightmares
