I've had multiple instances of terrible experiences at Subway due to consistently poor food preparation and missing items. It's astonishing how they manage to mess up orders every single time. I'm done giving them chances, as they clearly don't care about their customers' satisfaction.
The staff here made us wait for 34 mins just to say the bread is not ready yet and not sure shout when its going to be ready.. And all this only to sell old left over bread of last night.. We saw them sitting on the backside and talking among themselves. Thank you for this greatest service..
Don't buy from this subway. I ordered 2 times and both times I got the worest food. Dried bed, not the mentioned topping are added, low quality cheese and totally they deliver worest quality food. Please look at other branches.
Definitely one of the poorer subway joints in the city. They have malfunction of some gadget or the other all the time - sometimes it is toaster at others it is swipe machine that doesn't work. The store manager is super grumpy and unfriendly. If you are ordering in person you can still stand on their head and get the stuff you need. If you happen to order online through third party, you can consider yourself very lucky if your sub even remotely resembles what you expect. It is pretty common for them to switch breads and sauces sometimes even ingredients would be missing or stale. Not sure if anyone is looking into it.
This is the worst outlet of subway. Quality of subs is substandard and staff is also rude and unwelcoming. They don't put sauces as per your choice and also don't have enough toppings. Veg - NonVeg sections are also not separated properly, in fact they are using same microwave to both.
Subway at Rathnadeep Supermarket in Nallagandla is an excellent choice! The staff is friendly, the service is prompt, and the sandwiches are delicious. The variety of fresh ingredients allows for customizable and healthy options. The atmosphere is clean and inviting. A top-notch experience overall!
The delivery service at this Subway is terrible. They sent three sandwiches that were completely incorrectly prepared. One sandwich was sent with just meat and no veggies and the other sandwiches were sent with vegetables but no meat.
